Slow Burn Vinyasa
This is a flowing yoga practice that nurtures mind and body using mindful movements and deep rhythmic breaths. With long holds to build strength and invite muscle engagement this class is the perfect balance of strength and surrender.
Inferno Hot Pilates
High Intensity Interval Training using Pilates principles and is set to tabata timing. This class is a full body workout that also incorporates isometric core strength and calisthenics. This is a very high energy class.
Salt Lamp & Yin
This yin style slow flow yoga class is 60 minutes of pure presence. The most easeful way to reach complete stillness is in fact first through movement. You will be guided through restorative postures and counter postures to help regulate nervous system. This class is paired with the serene glow of himalayan salt lamps. A wonderful Sunday class.
Powerflow
A dynamic class bridging strength building and vigorous flow together. This is a cardio inducing, quicker paced class.
Vinyasa
A dynamic yoga class linking breath and flow sequencing together. A wonderful class for those who are interested in mind/body connection coupled with a challenging workout.
26/2 (bikram)
A beginners form of yoga combining a series of 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises together. Deep stretches and long holds. A great way to detoxify the body and an excellent class to discover or rediscover the yoga world.
Flow and Meditation
Reset and rebalance with this gentle paced class designed for longer stretches and a slower flow. A guided meditation is included in the second half of the class.
Fusion sculpt
A vigorous class that is quicker paced, using yoga foundations set to upbeat and lively music. Light weights, long holds, and high repetition.
Power Baptiste
A vigorous style of yoga focusing on power poses flowing into the next. This class is a great way to reveal your inner strength both body and mind as it calls upon meditation throughout each pose & challenges you to push through the flow.
Athletic Flow
This is a dynamic class of strength and fluid Yoga movements designed to build power, enhance flexibility and elevate your heart rate. This all levels yet challenging class combined traditional yoga postures with strength movement creating an energizing workout that will leave you feeling stronger, more agile and empowered.
Fusion
This is the perfect class for those who enjoy a variety of practices. We will bridge together yoga postures, strength, conditioning, core, glutes, and arms. This class also incorporates the use of weights and interval training into the sequencing. We highly recommend!
Fusion Sculpt 45
A dynamic class bridging strength building and vigorous flow together. This is a cardio inducing, quicker paced class.
IHP 45
An abbreviated version of our Inferno Hot Pilates, set to tabata timing. This High intensity interval training using pilates principles class gets right down to it ensuring an effective 45 minutes.
Yoga and Sound
This class combines the power of movement, breathwork, meditation, and sound current to create a transformative experience. This combination supports a holistic approach to wellness- allowing participants to explore and deepen their practice on multiple levels.
Salt-lamp Slow flow
Find your flow state in this soft style of yoga set with the beautiful glow of himalayan salt lamps. A wonderful class for those wanting to unwind and reset.
Kids Yoga
This class is designed to introduce children to yoga through playful poses and imagination. mindfulness, breath work, and sound current techniques will be woven through each class. This is a fun and engaging class for all types of children. No experience necessary!
